JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in the daily operation and maintenance of the Rent-A-Center corporate campuses. Additional duties include space planning, maintaining and placing orders for office supplies, processing invoices, and general administrative tasks.
Review and respond to requests/needs in Facility Manager’s absence and notify and/or delegate to appropriate person(s) for resolution
Process seating requests for Field Support Center and Addison utilizing space planning software
Code and process invoices related to Facilities for Field Support Center
Ordering, fulfillment, and delivery of office supplies
Organize and maintain office supply inventory
Provide training and support for Coupa and supply ordering processes to departmental buyers
Organize, publish, and maintain information and forms related to the Facilities ManualMail Center:
Process weekly shipping invoices for all stores and Field Support Center departments
Interpret UPS charges and ensure allocation to appropriate cost centers
Process UPS shipping reports for specific cost centers or stores as requested
Reconcile “Exceptions Report” addresses to ensure proper billing and/or credit and correct addresses if needed
Modify store addresses in UPS Campus Ship to reflect store openings, closings, and acquisitions
Update UPS trainings for the field and Field Support Center coworkers
Organize, publish, and maintain information and forms related to the Mail Center Manual
At least three years of prior administrative experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
